No flies on Chinese as Beijing toilet trains for Games
The Chinese are really serious about preparing for the Olympics in 2008. They've instituted new a rule in Beijing: From now on, public toilets will only be allowed to have two flies each.
Don't underestimate the power of the Chinese government. After all, if they were able to limit children to one per family, why wouldn't they be able to limit the number of flies per toilet?
