Men who use their cell phones a lot might be making themselves infertile.
For now, we still don’t know what the exact health effects are of our increasing use of cell phones, so the safest thing to do is to minimize the time you you carry a cell phone on your body and to avoid using your cell phone as much as possible.
To minimize your exposure to microwaves when using your cell phone, hold the phone at a distance with your arm outstretched when sending a text message, and use a hands-free ear piece when talking on the phone that will allow you keep the phone as far away as possible from your head (and perhaps other body parts as well).
